Studies on health related issues appeared under the SJM title in following questionnaires: ADP - IDNo: SJM941, ADP - IDNo: SJM962 in ADP - IDNo: SJM992. The purpose of survey is detecting changes in nutrition and other habits, related with health, such as alcohol consumption and smoking, to collect evidence on subjective wellbeing and health situation of general population, public knowledge about danger, health care and evaluation of health politics and health service.

Abstract
Beginning part of the questionnaire deals with the thesis that social development goes in two directions at the same time: individuations and globalization. The emphasis is put on the territorial identity and related habits. Second part of the questionnaire contain opinions about health insurance system reform and other aspects of health conditions of the population.
