Study title

This dataset is composed of two surveys that were conducted on local involvement in environmental issues in Skjåk municipality in respectively 1996 and 1998. The surveys were conducted in connection with the development of power plants in the area. The studies attempt to identify the population's attitudes to development as well as sense of belonging to the relevant natural areas. It also asked more general questions about the management of natural resources. The surveys are conducted by Odd Inge Vistad at the Eastern Norway Research Institute.
