Abstract
Respondent J1G1 zat tijdens de oorlog als zeer jong kind ondergedoken; veel van zijn familieleden zijn vermoord. Hij geeft aan dat de Holocaust geen rol speelt in zijn leven. Wel heeft hij enige tijd in Israël gewoond en beschrijft hij zijn leven als ‘leven in reservetijd’. Met moeilijke situaties (bijv. rondom zijn gezondheid) gaat hij om door ‘gewoon door te gaan’; het heeft volgens hem geen zin lang bij lastige zaken stil te staan.
