Two-years long research project (first carried out in the year 1997 and repeated on the same sample with the same questionnaire in the year 1998) was concentrated on the sexual behaviour of youngsters in high school aroud Ljubljana - Slovenia. Questionnaire also emphasized on sexual diseases and virus HIV.
Abstract
The research project emphasized on important questions of juvenile sexual habits. Relevant topics raising questions on AIDS, sexual disease, informing about opinions on sexuality, their habits, experience and seeing their own sexual life. In the first part of the research we emphasizes on the study of socio-demographics factors, characteristics of psycho-social evolution, characteristics of partnership, problems with inexperienced, the use of contraception, and the understanding of AIDS, disease HIV and their influence on the sexual behavior of the juveniles. With the results from previous researches worldwide we also wanted to find out the relationship between two major factors that would shape the existing sexual behavior of the teenagers from high schools around Ljubljana. Second parts of the questions were mostly about the opinions toward the norms in sexual behavior. Within this part of the questions we also wanted to find out their political preferences, prejudices on general sexual behavior and the image of sexual behavior. The third part grasps all general characteristics of psychosexual development. The fourth part tackles with the question of steady partnership, feelings toward partners, planning of the partnership, and the use of special sexual techniques and asks about initiatives on different and new sexual techniques. At the end followed the questions about first and last sexual intercourse and questions directly related to the AIDS and people infected with HIV disease.The research project emphasized on important questions of juvenile sexual habits.
