The aim of this study was to ascertain training needs and suggest how gaps might be filled for the following groups in Scotland:
rural Development and Training agents;
rural workers, including family members, employed and self-employed;
non-employed, whether registered unemployed or not, of working age;
rural employers of all sectors.
