The purpose of the surveys "Work-Related Destructive Behaviour" is to map out the extent of bullying and destructive behaviour in Norwegian work situations. The origin, cause and consequences of bullying are important issues that the surveys seek to elucidate. That is done by examining Norwegian employees' perception of their work, their social working environment and the interaction with colleagues and leaders.
