Study title

To find an answer to the following questions: Which ideas do social workers have about their work. How far do social workers act according to their ideas. How much is the social worker influenced by the board, his colleagues and the clients of his institution. Who should have control on policy of institution / concern with job and objectives of institution, ambition / career / activities in job. Ideas about job / relation with clients and structure of society / who is asked for advice / importance of various conditions of work / possibilities mutual influence between respondent and members of the board / colleagues / clients in various situations / description of institution / cooperation with other institutions / evaluation of job / devotion to job / ideas of the board, colleagues and clients about respondents for job / evaluation of own skill and of institution in various situations / diary of respondent's activities during ten days.
