The attitude of farmers to co-operatives. Topics: Business and emotional ties to the local co-operatives; significance of individual co-operatives for the agricultural company; characterization of the co-operative in comparison to private trade in the country; personal contact with the leaders of the local co-operative; participation in membership meetings; attitude to a secondary business management and non-agricultural members in the co-operative; satisfaction with business management of the co-operatives; attitude to consolidation of smaller local co-operatives; attitude to agricultural production co-operatives; contacts with the agriculture school; possession of agricultural vehicles and machines; membership in agricultural organizations and co-operatives; reading technical journals and daily newspapers; television habits and paying attention to advertising broadcasts; possession or intent to purchase a television set; type of company and company size; livestock holdings and number of animal-drawn vehicles.
