      <abstract xml:lang="sl">Mednarodna primerjalna študija o upravljanju človeških virov Cranet (www.cranet.org), ki jo koordinira Cranfield University, School of Management iz Velike Britanije, poteka že več kot 20 let. Namen raziskave je v longitudinalni mednarodno primerjalni perspektivi spremljati upravljanje človeških virov v organizacijah. Več kot štiridesetim sodelujočim evropskim in drugim državam se je leta 2001 pridružila tudi Slovenija. Takrat je v raziskavi, ki so jo opravili na Centru za proučevanje organizacij in človeških virov na Fakulteti za družbene vede Univerze v Ljubljani, sodelovalo 205 organizacij, ki zaposlujejo 200 ali več oseb, ter organizacije, ki po standardni klasifikaciji dejavnosti sodijo v skupino dejavnosti javne uprave in zaposlujejo več kot 100 oseb. V letu 2004 je bil opravljen drugi krog anketiranja, v katerem je bila za vzorec upoštevana ista populacija kot v letu 2001. K sodelovanju se je odzvalo 161 organizacij. V letu 2008 se je raziskava izvedli tretjič, sodelovalo je 219 organizacij. Podatki v raziskavi so pridobljeni s pomočjo standardiziranega vprašalnika z večino vprašanj zaprtega tipa. Na vprašanja praviloma odgovarjajo vodje služb za kadrovske/človeške vire. Ker gre za del mednarodne raziskave, je mogoča primerljivost med posameznimi članicami CRANETa in primerjava z drugimi organizacijami v Sloveniji oz. "benchmarking upravljanja človeških virov". Slovenske podatke lahko primerjamo z mednarodnimi podatki za skupino držav Evropske unije, nekaterimi tranzicijskimi državami in nekaterimi bolj razvitimi državami sveta.</abstract><abstract xml:lang="en">International comparative study on human resources management Cranet (www.cranet.org), coordinated by the Cranfield University, School of Management, Great Britain, has been conducted for over 20 years. The aim of this study is to observe HRM in organizations from longitudinal internationally comparative perspective. In 2001, Slovenia joined more than 40 European and other countries that had participated in the study. The first research was conducted by the Organizations and Human Resources Research Centre, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Ljubljana. The final sample included 205 organizations that either had more than 200 employees or were, in the standard classification system, classified as public organizations with more than 100 employees. In 2004, the second survey was conducted on the same population as in 2001. 161 organizations agreed to participate. In 2008, the research was conducted for the third time and 219 organizations participated. Data were collected by using a standardized survey questionnaire with the majority of pre-coded questions. The questionnaire is addressed to the most senior HR/personnel specialists. The research is a part of the international study so the comparison between different CRANET members and between Slovenian organizations, including the benchmarking of human resource management, is possible. Slovenian data can be compared to the international data of European countries, some transition countries and some highly developed countries.</abstract>
