        <sampProc xml:lang="en">At the first stage of sampling High Schools in these regional centres (28) were used as clusters. In addition, three towns (Nova Zagora, Botevgrad and Oriahowo, (about 25000-30000 population), located in three completely different areas of the country were included in the sample as a control group. At the second stage 12 students (50% from 10th and 50% from 11th grade) were chosen randomly to participate in the survey. The survey was carried out in 97 high schools in 31 towns of the country. The sample was preliminary stratified using the proportions of the different schools in the general population as follows: Regularly High schools - 42.7%; Colleges- 10.0%; High Technical schools - 23.8%, Professional schools - 17.2%; language and special (art, music, science) schools - 6.3%.<concept/></sampProc><sampProc xml:lang="de">Mehrstufiges repräsentatives Sample. Auf der ersten Stufe wurden High Schools in diesen regionalen Zentren (28) als Cluster ausgewählt. Zusätzlich wurden drei Städte: Nova Zagora, Botevgrad and Oriahowo (ca. 25000-30000 Einwohner und in verschiedenen Gebieten des Landes gelegen) für die Bildung von Kontrollgruppen ausgewählt. Auf der zweiten Stufe wurden 12 Studenten (jeweils 50% aus der 10. und 11. Klasse) zufällig ausgewählt. Die Umfrage wurde in 97 High Schools aus 31 Städten durchgeführt.
