Training - topics covered (mainly on training record sheet): a) purpose of training; b) type of work training was for; c) methods involved; d) location; e) source of support; f) dates (including full-time/part-time); g) completion (including reasons for non-completion) Job Record Sheet - topics covered: a) where relevant, change of type of work - reason, change of employer, residence; b) type of work - Key List occupation; number of employers; industry; full-time/part-time; c) training received - recorded on a TRS for each incident.
