Zusätzlich verkodet wurde: Teilnahme an den Bürgerbefragungen 1993, 1994, 1995, 1997 und 1999; Befragter gab einen Kommentar zur Befragung ab; Stadtbezirk; Haushaltstyp; Gewichtungsfaktoren.
