Aineisto sisältää tietoja hankintailmoituksen numerosta, hankinnan kohteesta ja hankinnan tehneestä organisaatiosta. Lisäksi mukana on tietoja hankintailmoitustyypeistä, hankintayksiköiden luonteesta, hankintojen CPV-koodeista (Common Procurement Vocabulary -nimikkeistö) sekä hankintojen arvosta. Ilmoituslomakkeella esitettiin ns. tilastokysymyksiä, jotka liittyvät kansallisen julkisten hankintojen strategian toteutumisen seurantaan. Ne käsittelevät hankintojen innovatiivisuutta, ekologista ja sosiaalista kestävyyttä, pk-yritysten huomioimista ja palvelun käyttäjien osallistamista. Aineistossa on myös muuttujat aluekoodi (NUTS) ja ilmoituksen kieli.The data contain announcements of public contracts published in the HILMA electronic notification system in 2022. Finnish procurement laws and EU public procurement directives require that contracting authorities advertise their public tenders for all procurements exceeding the threshold value. Public procurement notices contain information on the number and type of notice, date of publication, type of the contract, type of procurement procedure, type of the contracting authority, award criteria, common procurement vocabulary (CPV) code, and the value of the contract (if applicable). The questionnaire also includes statistical questions related to the monitoring of the implementation of the national public procurement strategy. These questions cover innovation, environmental and social sustainability, consideration of small and medium-sized enterprises and the involvement of service users in the procurement process. The data also contain the variables regional classification (NUTS) and language of the announcement.
