      <abstract xml:lang="sl">Gre za drugo (komparativno) raziskavo, ki je bila izvedena v okviru analize “Spreminjanja ureditve javnega prometa v Ljubljani in Ljubljanski regiji”. Raziskava omogoča primerjanje podatkov z raziskavo iz leta 2008. Izhodišče raziskave temelji na preverjanju zmožnosti ohranjanja dosedanje relativno visoke kakovosti življenja v mestu ob hkratnem vzpodbujanju trajnostnih prometnih rešitev. S tem namenom je bilo treba prometne ukrepe, ki naj bi bili implementirani v prihodnosti, podvreči podrobnim preverjanjem oz. oceniti stopnjo legitimizacije projektnih ukrepov med prebivalci, ki bodo spremembe v prometni ureditvi najbolj občutili. Ključni cilj raziskave javnega mnenja o spreminjanju ureditve javnega prometa v Ljubljani in ljubljanski regiji zato ni orientiran na uspešnost neposredne implementacije formalnih, institucionalnih ukrepov v prostoru, ki se po določenem časovnem obdobju lahko izkažejo za zgrešene, temveč iskanje načinov za doseganje konsenza med različnimi interesnimi skupinami, ki poleg oblasti (lokalne in državne) in kapitalskih struktur vključujejo tudi navadne državljane. Raziskava poleg splošnega preverjanja javnega mnenja glede sprejemanja novih izboljšav v prometni ureditvi na koridorju med drugim analizira tudi mnenja relevantnih družbenih skupin ter omogoča povratne (feedback) informacije o možnih izboljšavah predvidenih ukrepov, anticipira možne konflikte, ki se utegnejo pojaviti med implementacijo prometnih dopolnitev in s pozivom k sodelovanju izdvaja del mnenjskih voditeljev po posameznih lokacijah, ki bodo nadaljnje vključeni v proces izboljševanja prometne ureditve na koridorju CIVITAS ELAN. Raziskava je sestavljena iz 12 tematskih sklopov (ocena prometne ureditve v Ljubljani, zadovoljstvo uporabnikov LPP, promet in funcionalnost, stanje in razvoj kolesarjenja, dostavni promet, ukrepi Civitas Elan, enotna vozovnica, zgoščevalne takse, rumeni pasovi, obveščanje javnosti, percepcija mesta Ljubljane, demografija)</abstract><abstract xml:lang="en">The survey is the second (comparative) study, which was carried out as a part of the analysis of "Changes of public transport in Ljubljana and the Ljubljana region." The research is based on the examination of the ability to maintain the existing relatively high quality of life in the city while promoting sustainable transport solutions at the same time. For this purpose, detailed checking and assessment of the degree of legitimization of project measures needed to be done by interviewing the population, which will be affected by the changes in traffic arrangements the most. The key objective of public opinion polls on changing of the organization of public transport in Ljubljana and the Ljubljana region was therefore not only oriented on the performance of formal implemented measures that may turn out to be misguided after a certain period of time, but mainly on finding ways to achieve consensus among various groups of stakeholders, which include both government (local and national), capital interests groups and ordinary citizens as well. The study not only reviews the public opinion regarding the adoption of new improvements in the traffic regulation on the corridor, but, among other things, also analyses the opinions of relevant social groups, provides feedback information on possible improvements of the envisaged measures, anticipates potential conflicts that may arise during implementation and invites public opinion leaders in individual locations to participate and be further involved in the process of improving the traffic regulation on the corridor CIVITAS Elan. The survey consists of 12 topical sections (Rating traffic regulation in Ljubljana, Satisfaction with LPP, Transport and the functionality, Condition and development of cycling, Delivery transport measures CIVITAS Elan, Uniform ticketing, Congestion charging, Yellow belts, Public informing, Public perception of the city of Ljubljana, Demographics).</abstract>

        <collMode xml:lang="sl">Osebni intervju: PAPIV prvem tednu je bil po dvakrat opravljen seminar za usposabljanje anketarjev za delo na terenu. Podrobno so jim bili predstavljeni namen raziskave, metoda in potek anketiranja, optimalne strategije za odnos z anketiranci ter njihove obveznosti. Dodeljena so jim bila območja, znotraj katerih so morali pridobiti vnaprej določeno število anketirancev. Predalo se jim je tudi material za delo. Po ustreznih metodoloških standardih vzorčenja je moral anketar vzpostaviti stik s potencialnim respondentom in mu razložiti namen raziskave in strukturo vprašalnika. Anketar je bil v vmesnem času na razpolago respondentom za dodatna vprašanja in informacije glede raziskave ali vprašalnika. Na slednjih so bili na voljo tudi kontaktni podatki (tj. njegova telefonska številka ter e-mail naslov) sodelavca Centra za prostorsko sociologijo (CPS). Ta je bil za primer, da bi imel anketiranec (ali anketar) dodatna vprašanja, na voljo vsak delovni dan v tednu. Na vseh območjih se je pridobilo zahtevano število realiziranih vprašalnikov, na posameznih območjih pa je bilo zahtevano število celo preseženo. Skozi proces nadaljnje obdelave se je izkazala tudi pričakovana demografska in vnaprej načrtovana oz. predvidena mobilnostna struktura anketirancev.<concept vocab="DDI Mode of Collection" vocabURI="urn:ddi:int.ddi.cv:ModeOfCollection:4.0">Interview.FaceToFace.PAPI</concept></collMode><collMode xml:lang="en">Face-to-face interview: Paper-and-pencil (PAPI)Two training session for fieldwork interviewers were held during the first week. The purpose of the survey, the data collection method and its process, the optimal strategy for working with respondents and interviewer’s obligations were explained in detail. Interviewers were assigned to work in the areas, in which they had to carry out a certain number of interviews successfully. The survey materials were handed out to them. Working in accordance with the methodological standards, the interviewer had to get in touch with potential respondents and explain about the purpose of the survey and the structure of the questionnaire. In the meantime, the interviewer was available to respondents for answering further questions and providing additional information on the survey or the questionnaire. The contact information (a telephone number and an e-mail address) of the Centre for Spatial Sociology contact person were available in the questionnaire. That person was available on all weekdays, in case a respondent would have any additional questions. The required number of successfully realized interviews was achieved in all areas, in some even overachieved.
