During the survey period from July 23, 2025, to July 29, 2025, German-speaking residents aged 14 and older in private households were interviewed by telephone (CATI) about climate change and its consequences, as well as climate policy and climate protection measures, and the use and evaluation of the Deutschlandticket. Respondents were selected using a multi-stage random sample including landline and mobile phone numbers (dual-frame sample).Concern about the possible consequences of climate change; degree of concern about the possible consequences of climate change (personal, population in Germany, population worldwide); expected specific consequences of climate change on the respondent (open question, coded answers); assessment of current political measures for climate protection as appropriate; opinion on the level of Germany´s future expenditure on climate protection measures; mitigation of the consequences of climate change through increased climate protection measures; opinion on the introduction of compulsory insurance for homeowners against damage caused by natural forces; home ownership (house, condominium); assessment of the Deutschlandticket; use of the Deutschlandticket; future use of the Deutschlandticket. Demography: sex; age; education; employment; household size; number of people in the household aged 14 and over; party preference in the next federal election; voting eligibility; net household income (grouped), mobile phone vs. landline; internet usage. The following were also coded: respondent number; interview date; location size (BIK location size and political location size); federal state; East/West region; weight.Die Studie ´Aktuelle Fragen zum Klimaschutz´ wurde vom Meinungsforschungsinstitut Verian im Auftrag des Presse- und Informationsamtes der Bundesregierung durchgeführt. Im Erhebungszeitraum 23.07.2025 bis 29.07.2025 wurde die deutschsprachige Bevölkerung ab 14 Jahren in Privathaushalten in telefonischen Interviews (CATI) zum Klimawandel und seinen Folgen sowie zur Klimapolitik und Klimaschutzmaßnahmen befragt, ferner zur Nutzung und Bewertung des Deutschlandtickets. Die Auswahl der Befragten erfolgte durch eine mehrstufige Zufallsstichprobe unter Einschluss von Festnetz- und Mobilfunknummern (Dual-Frame Stichprobe).Besorgnis über mögliche Folgen des Klimawandels; Stärke Betroffensein von den möglichen Folgen des Klimawandels (persönlich, Bevölkerung in Deutschland, Bevölkerung weltweit); erwartete konkrete Folgen des Klimawandels auf die befragte Person (offene Frage, codierte Antworten); Beurteilung der aktuellen politischen Maßnahmen zum Klimaschutz als angemessen; Meinung zur Höhe künftiger Ausgaben Deutschlands für Klimaschutzmaßnahmen; Abmilderung der Folgen des Klimawandels durch verstärkte Klimaschutzmaßnahmen; Meinung zur Einführung einer Pflichtversicherung für Hausbesitzer gegen Schäden durch Naturgewalten; Wohneigentum (Haus, Eigentumswohnung); Beurteilung des Deutschlandtickets; Nutzung des Deutschlandtickets; künftige Nutzung des Deutschlandtickets. Demographie: Geschlecht; Alter; Bildung; Berufstätigkeit; Haushaltsgröße; Anzahl Personen im Haushalt ab 14 Jahren; Parteipräferenz bei der nächsten Bundestagswahl; Wahlberechtigung; Haushaltsnettoeinkommen (gruppiert), Mobilfunk vs. Festnetz; Internetnutzung.
