The files derive from a mail survey among the heads and administrative chiefs of these police forces, political, financial and demographic statistics from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Finance, municipal documents and a telephone survey among heads of municipal financial departments. A twelfth file contains combined data and results of analysis ( scales, indices etc. ).
