The potential effects are simulated in six models, each for the 2019 and 2023 National Council elections. Two of the models concern the current proportional representation system for the National Council (“Hagenbach-Bischoff”) with or without cross-party list alliances. Four models show the effects of the Sainte-Laguë formula without list alliances and with list alliances in three scenarios (the current list alliances as well as two new scenarios).Ziel dieses Berichts ist eine Einschätzung über mögliche Auswirkungen eines Wechsels der Sitz­zuteilungs­formel für die Nationalratswahlen zur 'Divisormethode mit Standardrundung' nach André Sainte-Laguë, respektive einer möglichen Abschaffung oder Einschränkung von Listenver­bindungen. Die möglichen Auswirkungen werden in sechs Modellen simuliert, jeweils für die Nationalratswahlen 2019 und 2023.
