Stückradt The HHD survey assesses the role of organizations and line managers in ethnic discrimination in hiring in the Netherlands. The data include, for both line managers and employees, attitudes towards HR and diversity policies, as well as several measures of outgroup attitudes, attitudes toward discrimination and their support for various anti-discrimination policies in hiring to the organizational circumstances under which hiring decisions are made. Furthermore, the survey contains information on the hiring, diversity and HR polices in the organization where the respondent is employed.
