      <abstract xml:lang="sl">Večja samostojna raziskava o spremljanju množičnih medijev v Sloveniji razširi polje zanimanja za medijske navade, ki je sicer stalna tema raziskav SJM. Tradicija teh raziskav se začne z MKS62, opazneje tudi v MEDIA89. Anketa se začne s podrobnim beleženjem spremljanja televizijskih programov in posameznih oddaj z namenom analizirati dejavnike, ki vplivajo na stil medijske potrošnje. Temu sledijo še drugi vidiki načina preživljanja prostega časa, razumljenega v okviru koncepta življenskega stila. Vprašanja se nanašajo na načine informiranja, pogostost in običajnI čas spremljanja radia in televizije, izbiro posameznih postaj in oddaj. Respondenti navajajo najbolj priljubljene oddaje in osebnosti, ocenjujejo posamezne oddaje, odgovarjajo na vprašanja o tehnološki opremljenosti (teletekst, video, kabelska/satelitska TV), povejo, ali spremljajo tudi tuje postaje, kateri športi jih najbolj zanimajo, kakšen odnos imajo do reklam, ocenijo politično usmeritev državne televizije. Sklop vprašanj se nanaša na spremljanje časopisov in revij ter njihovo oceno. V vprašalniku najdemo še vprašanja o stilu življenja (bralne navade, športna aktivnost, poslušanje glasbe), samooceno materialnega položaja, delo anketiranca in njegov odnos do le-tega, merjenje stališč v zvezi z narodom/nacionalizmom, odnosih med spoloma, narkomaniji, splavu in privatni lastnini. Pred standardnim blokom socio-demografskih vprašanj je še sklop vprašanj o politiki, oceni politične situacije, zadovoljstvu z delovanjem oblasti, volilnih preferencah in odnosu do ekstremnih stališč o dogajanju v javnosti. Del anketiranih je teden dni natančno beležil spremljanje oddaj na TV in ocenjeval posamezne oddaje na nacionalni televiziji s pomočjo posebnega formularja ("Barometer gledanja televizije od 24. - 30. junija 1992").</abstract><abstract xml:lang="en">The survey begins with a detailed reporting on television programs and broadcasts following. The purpose is to analyse factors that affect style of media consumption. Next, follow general questions that are conceptualised around a theory of life style, about leisure time activities. Questions address different aspects of attendance to the media: sources of information, regularity of media attendance, most favourite broadcasts and programs. Interviewees also select their favourite media presenter, mark TV and radio programmes, answer questions on media equipment of their household (i.e. video, cable TV, and satellite TV), say whether they attend foreign broadcasts, pick up their most favourite sport, express their view on commercials, and assess political orientation of national TV. Next, there are questions that concern newspaper and magazines. Questionnaire also probes individual life style (i.e. reading habits, sporting activities, kind of music they listen most), his/her social class, and respondents' attitudes toward work. Questions on nationalism, relations between sexes, narcotism, abortion, and private property follow next. Before standard demographic block, there is section that deals with politics, assessment of political situation, satisfaction with authority, party preferences, and attitudes toward extreme general view of public issues. Some interviewees had carefully monitored their attendance to broadcasts on national TV, and evaluated them, using a special form.</abstract>
