Investigating through interviews, the reasons why they chose the profession of their action in the Community. The aim is to understand their interaction with the Community, in the specific period of time, the effect and consequences of their presence as bodies of state power and the corresponding political ideology in relation to the existing hierarchical relations and dynamics in the Community.
