The survey aims at addressing questions of inequality perceptions. As central element, the survey contains a multi-factorial survey experiment in which respondents evaluate the fairness of earnings of their fictitious co-workers as well as their potential behavioral reactions. Additional modules cover job satisfaction, the job situation, the working context (on the firm and working group level) and demographical information.
