Kysymyksillä selvitettiin mm. ovatko korkeakouluopettajat lukeneet, lainanneet ja ostaneet opetuksessa tarvittavia e-kirjoja, onko e-kirjoja käytetty osana opetusta, millä perusteilla opetuksessa käytettävät e-kirjat on valittu, millä laitteilla e-kirjoja on luettu, onko e-kirjojen käytöstä ollut hyötyä opetuksessa ja millaisia e-kirjojen käyttöön liittyviä ongelmia vastaajat ovat kohdanneet. Vastaajia pyydettiin myös kertomaan, millaisia e-kirjojen pitäisi olla, että ne toimisivat hyvin osana opetusta.
