Es soll aufgezeigt werden, ob sich die Bevölkerung durch das Humanforschungsgesetz geschützt fühlt und das Informationsangebot genügend ist. Zu diesem Zweck hat FORS im Auftrag der Sektion Forschung am Menschen und Ethik des Bundesamts für Gesundheit rund 2‘000 in der Schweiz wohnhafte Personen befragt.Le but de l’étude est de déterminer l’état d’esprit, le niveau de connaissance et les attitudes du public à l’égard de la recherche sur l’être humain et de la loi concernant cette recherche, ainsi que la volonté de participer à une étude dans le domaine de la recherche sur l’être humain. L’objectif est de montrer si la population se sent protégée par la loi sur la recherche sur l’être humain et si les informations fournies sont suffisantes. Pour ce faire, la section de recherche sur l’être humain et l’éthique de l’Office fédéral de la santé publique (OFSP) a mandaté FORS afin d’interroger environ 2’000 personnes vivant en Suisse.The aim of the study is to determine thelevel of knowledge and attitudes with regard to human research and human research law, as well as their willingness to participate in studies in the field of human research.
