The study consisted of two parts. First, participants received a short online questionnaire in which they had to declare their informed consent before providing demographic information. Next, we contacted participants via phone on five consecutive workdays. During the calls, we administered validated questionnaires that focused on participants' daily experiences, with the first call including additional questions on affective job insecurity. We conducted the call by reading the survey questions aloud in the preferred language of the participant.
