      <abstract xml:lang="en">Full edition for scientific use. The GGS (Generations &amp; Gender Programme) is an international panel survey. It provides insight on family compositions, fertility behaviour, life trajectories and gender roles. The data set contains Austrian data from the second wave of data collection conducted between 2012 and 2013. Other than the internatational data set available under &lt;a href = https://www.ggp-i.org/&gt;https://www.ggp-i.org/ &lt;/a&gt;  (DOI: &lt;a href = 10.17026/dans-xm6-a262&gt; 10.17026/dans-xm6-a262&lt;/a&gt;) it contains Austrian specific variables and additional levels for some individual questions.</abstract>
