The survey also includes data on media and social trust, politics, subjective well-being, household characteristics and socio-demographics as well as human values as part of the core module of ESS. Purpose: The European Social Survey (the ESS) is an academically-driven social survey designed to chart and explain the interaction between Europe's changing institutions and the attitudes, beliefs and behaviour patterns of its diverse populations.Denna studie innehåller den svenska delen av ESS 2012 och fokuserar på förståelse och bedömning av demokrati samt personligt och socialt välbefinnande.
