Data from eight British and Irish organisations were used (8 companies).</abstract><abstract xml:lang="en">&lt;B&gt;Main Topics&lt;/B&gt;:&lt;BR&gt;</abstract><abstract xml:lang="en">Variables&lt;br&gt; Age, sex, starting date, leaving date, qualifications, reason for leaving.
