This research provides insight into the number of officially tolerated coffee shops in the Netherlands. Attention is also paid to changes in the soft drug policies as pursued by Dutch municipalities. New this year is a pilot-study about the enforcement of the so-called AHOJ-G criteria in 25 municipalities.
