The purpose of the book is to study the microhistory of the Polytechnic Uprising from various perspectives, through the representativeness of the sample of oral testimonies, in the context of a systematic effort to record narratives that offer as wide and comprehensive a picture of the events as possible. The main research concern was the use of individual testimony as a tool for documentation and enrichment at the level of factual data, but also the conditions of comparison of personal, experiential testimony with collective memory, which in the case of this research object, constitutes one or more memory regimes. .
